Tulepbergen Baisakalov is a Kazakhstani film actor and director. He was born on March 29, 1974, in the village of Mikhaylovka, Mendykara District, Kostanay Region, Kazakh SSR. He is known for his roles in the films *Leila's Prayer*, *Renaissance Island*, *Kuraq Korpe*, *Tulpan*, and *Sniper 2: Tungus*. In 2010, he graduated from the directing faculty of VGIK (All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography). He is married and has a daughter and a son.
