Thomas Kent Carter (born December 18, 1956) is an American actor, comedian and writer. In films, he is best known for his roles in Seems Like Old Times (1980) and The Thing (1982). In TV, he is best known for his roles in Turbo Teen, Punky Brewster, The Sinbad Show and The Corner.
