Kristen Scott nervously enters a massage parlor to get a refund for a gift certificate because she doesn't like massages, having not had good experiences with them in the past. Lacy Lennon insists that she's not supposed to do returns. However, she's convinced that the problem is that Kristen's never been massaged by a WOMAN before Grey as her secretary, she would be LOST without her!
